Does anyone even remember this character?

This is mrs. Toad from the animated feature "Thumbelina", a character that brings furries to shame.

She is a Spanish toad, with an enormous chest, in a short dress, a huge amount of pink hair, wearing high heels, and it never looked better. Still can't decide if the pink hair is a wig.
She's a character who looks so incredibly confusing, yet I've always liked every inch of her the moment she appeared on screen.
I'm still wondering why there isn't more fanart of her. Aren't you people horny anymore.

I also used to draw her when I was younger, but it's not like it ever appealed to me to give her a past. But here it is:

Dolores Toad wanted to become rich and famous ever since she was little, though she didn't get much support from her family and her mother never really took her serious.
So she ran away from home to look for any fame opportunities. It took her quite some years to reach her goal and she even entered a short depression when she realised she ran away, and still never got anywhere.

She had a relationship with a toad of which his name is unknown, married him, got three sons, but almost immediately left with her sons to travel around the world to perform.
She does return to her husband when she's around, but being famous is more important to her than staying home.
