A project assignment completed during my second semester in art college in Digital Image Making class.ASSIGNMENT: Create a movie poster, with a classmate as the star, that is a spoof of another movie.
LORD OF THE PANTS!! 
From interviewing my friend and classmate, Zil, the star, I found she had a very good since of humor and she liked Lord of the Rings. She had an inside joke with her friends about replacing certain words in movies with the word pants.
I thought this was funny, so ran with it in my project. I found the usual movie poster for Lord of the Rings then duplicated it with lots of my friends! I ran all over campus snapping pics of people (with their consent, of course). [link] [link]
I used mostly yellows like the original used golds. Gold is more epic and serious, so I went with yellow for the more happy and comical feel. Instead of an evil ring, it's shiny PANTS! Instead of wicked ringwraiths, it's cooky people in underwear, PANT-WRAITHS, trying to get pants!
