My entry for AnimePaper's Vecta Desu #9 competition.

The theme was weapons, and I didn't want to do the usual gun or sword, so when I saw this scan while browsing through AP, I couldn't resist trying to vector her for the contest.

Due to time restrictions and studying, I wasn't able to complete her properly for Vecta Desu, so she didn't place very highly, but I polished her off in the weeks following and changed her colours (her uniform was originally in shades of Olive green) until she is what you see her as now.
