Description

Seiko Aranami was prodigy of Ishigakure, having assumed the rank of Jōnin by age 10. Despite this he felt inadequate, because he came from a prominent Kekkei Genkai family, but did not seam to manifest his birthright. This changed though when on a mission he discovered a new power. In a particularly tough battle with an enemy shinobi, Seiko was on the verge of defeat, when suddenly his few remaining shuriken displayed an incredible destructive force, gaining him the victory and successfully completing the mission. Returning him, and after a debriefing, his village decided to run some test and discovered that he possessed a previously unknown Kekkei Tōta. Quickly he learned how to harness this power and became one of his village’s top shinobi and a captain of his local ANBU.
