I've always loved Skullman from Megaman...He's just so awesome. So when I saw this video on a website come out, named Rockman Neo, I got inspired to create a semi futuristic form of my beloved Skullman...
This is a pic of him in year 30XX, at these times the Megaman characters have the ability to appear human, so they're not ALWAYS on the run or fighting... They need lives too ya know?
So this is Skullman in casual clothing. I have another of him in his armor. Enjoy
