Okay, this is probably my best picture yet... I gave twitchy a pointed tail and instead of yellow wings, I gave her light pink wings so it can match her body, and look less... chao-ish... xD(This is her new look, Ryan will be posting an older drawing of her later on.)

Hello! ShinyEevee, your work inspires me and people all over the world. Your work is very poofy and cheery,as if you filled them with love and Cotton Candy! Even your gory or scary characters are charming and act as if they have a mind of their own! Your series Black Out is very good and I'm always on the edge of my seat waiting for what happens next. I like the outline around Twitchy... hhhmmm...
I really like the pattern on her arms and ears! But one thing... Just wondering why is the right ear pattern wavy and the rest straight? ( sorry just me! )

it really cute, i like how you did the shading of the color.
even the affect shade of the eyes is amazing.

hoping to see more color than ever. sometimes is the best to me than eva, the quality is not that bad, it great potential to any other art you draw. even i can't but trying to draw perfect on laptop but at least you did best.

Hmm first writen critique so I will just wing it. I think the change from yellow too pink is suddle but nice change due to the fact it not only matches but here in the picture it compliments the green and makes it stick out more too the eye. The Expression is cute and very entergetic which perfectly matches the mood and the character herself.
Moving on, a tone of shading could really bring this out, with out any at all its just flat color :C Even if its one simple tone to each color used already it would make this peice alot more appealing in my opinion, if not maybe a simple tint on the wings would do.
Regardless though I think its cute, creative and just adorable C:
