Description
Oilpainting ilustrating a part of my book (firs notice you have? I don't think so! Ò¬ó-b ).The dragon is Scheletor, witch you already know and the black mage over it is Vandervals (yesss!!) xD
Well, there is something I don't like and it is the flying ship in the bg... can you gimme some advices?

El dragon ya lo conoceis, es Scheletor, lo subí en digital hace unos dias y el viejo vestido de negro que lo monta es Vandervals (seeeeh xD)
La verdad es que me gusta bastante como quedó... lo único... ese barquito volador del fondo... alguna recomendación?

Wow, your handling of the brush is amazing! Even though the colors aren't smoothly outlines, one can see perfectly what's going on and the lighting on this is just brilliant. Textures, perspective, great colors... This has got everything!
Personally, I can't paint to save my life T-T I work with pencils, crayons, watercolors, more pencils, but never paint, because that usually spells out "failure" in capital letters. So the deepest of respect to you for being able to create such a lovely piece with such a scary material ^^

Hmm, well, I guess it does qualify as a sort of paint. But the method of working with is so entirely different from other kinds of paint :/ It's the one kind of paint I can work with, I guess ^^

well the thing is I'm better with watercolors, because with oils my painting always lose the white parts O_o

White parts? But if you want those, can't you just paint them in? O-o

when you add white oil it is always dirt and never as white as the original canvas

al principio iba usar esta imagen de portada, pero se ven demasiado las pinceladas, es un cuadro muy pequeño, así que al final hice otra :9

yah, I think you are right, but unfortunatly, in photoshop it is easy to expand the canvas, but not as easy when you are painting in a real one xD

Muy bueno, no se por que pero me resulta muy agardable, quizá sean los colores. El dargón es un pasada, y por cierto, el barquito de fondo la verdad es que me gusta como está.
