About:
*Old friend of Cooper. They met during the Grillby-brother’s stay in Cork. Back than Séan actually was a homeless roamer, who just lived and drank into the day and only took little – not always so respectable – jobs, when he was out of Whiskey.
*To be specific Coops and him met during a pub brawl. Both pretty shitfaced and both out of patience with that one racist wanker who kept molesting the monsters in the Pub. Once the monsters started pummel the guy unfortunately quite a few other humans stood up in order to beat them down. They were able to hold the ground together, back on back, one armed with a broken bottle, the other one just with his bare fists. That’s how you start a friendship for life properly.
*Later when Cooper returned with his brother and his girl to Jazzvale he was able to persuade his friend to come along. At first they shared the Old Grillby as a home – the first home Sean ever had. And when Coops and fam eventually built the Bar of all Sanses and moved in there they left Séan the old bar. Since then he is manning the Bar as the brother’s substitute. They share the income of both bars brotherly.
*At first it was pretty hard for Séan to get along with the new concept of actually having a sorta normal life. He eventually became quite used to it though and actually seems to deeply enjoy it to be part of the town.

Relationships:
*He doesn’t have any contact to his old mother and many siblings since he ran away with 13 years. His father he never knew.
*Same goes for all the ladies whose hearts and money he stole….that one’s maybe for the better.
*Cooper is his closest friend and confidant. Barely anyone else he trusts that much.
*He gets along quite well with Coop’s little brother. Even though their relationship is way more loose than the one he has with Cooper.
*Undyne is the one who gets closest to him after Cooper. Still not the same bretherenship, but these two also have seen quite some shit together.
*The many years he had to bother around with racist humans haven’t make him very font of this part of society. He tolerates those who enter his bar – especially Cara – only because Cooper told him to (and explained to him in a very friend tone what will happen to his ears if he should ever dare to harm Cara – best buddy or not).
*He insists in the fact that Alphys is “one feckin’ lash”, but also is quite sure that this is a bird he’ll never reach.
