Description
From the desk of Jeremiah Arkham, we now bring you drafts of some new policies being brought into force to try and reduce the amount of WTFery that goes down in Arkham on a fairly regular basis.I have to say, I am not sure if you could count Lyle Bolton (aka LockUp) as a staff member, but I needed a third name, so picked on him. And if I am inaccurate, I hope at least to be consistently inaccurate.

That is brilliant. You think they'd have a tighter screening policy...

Dr. Quinzel would have been an amazing doctor if they didn't assign her to the Joker first Β She's a brilliant young woman, especially since she gained her degree and license at such a young age (Unless she's younger than she looks, then whatever she's doing needs to be shared with the world 'cause she looks fit and healthy) Β The problem is that the Joker was smarter and was able to trick her so easily with said intelligence.

The Arkham screening process runs a little like this:
'So, Dr. Crane, you're saying that the fact you show strong psychopathic tendencies means you-'
'Can empathise with the same tendencies in the inmates, yes.'
'....Eh, works for me. Welcome aboard!'
Glad you like!
