awesome work by the way I'm just now getting into wood engraving i bought an SCM 400xs engraver and I've been having fun engraving 1911 grips for people.

Dude. As long as you take the time to make something amazing that no one else would, you will be Automatically entered into the Book of Renaissance Men (and Women). Nowadays no one takes the time to do anything by hand other than manipulate stylus and mouse and use "programs."

This is an interesting design for a stratocaster. Is everything stock except for the body? Do you make necks too? Your craftsmanship is stunning. do you sell your pieces?

How do you make it "layered" like that? Doesn't look like it's layered so I would assume a whole lot of time and patience, with a good bit of skill and practice.
