Did the sketch a few years ago as an automatic drawing practice/ art therapy thing.

What is an automatic drawing? “Surrealist automatism is a method of art-making in which the artist suppresses conscious control over the making process, allowing the unconscious mind to have great sway.” -Wikipedia

I tend to these when I need to clear my mind. I think I have 4 doodles saved on my phone. But, I was in my feelings these last 2 months, worked on this as needed XD ^^’ like a prescription..
