Description
The Turkish Van is a cat breed most commonly found with white fur and two colored eyes. This two-color appearance is due to a genetic situation called Heterochromia- this means two colors.
Heterochromia is incredibly rare in both cats and animals but is most common in cats under white or black fur breeds, or in humans who have more than one recessive eye color trait(i.e.- recessive green and blue eyes or recessive green an violet)

My personal symbol I made last school year was depicting a Turkish Van I have named Frosty. I typically design Frosty with large blue collars similar to dogs with the addition of a gold variant colored bell.
This is due to the trait I feel I share with the cat breed of habits an mannerisms that are done by the cat but more resemble that of a dog.
