Haha. Yeah not many people watch Doctor Who over here. None of my friends do actually. I've been super excited the past one month about the 50th so I kept making references to timey wimey stuff. Like the other day we thought we'll go to this particular coffee shop and it was nowhere to be seen. I guess they closed it down but it was a great place, so it's kind of weird that they closed it. Anyway, I said maybe it has a perception filter on it. Maybe it's at the corner of the eye. No one got the point. Complete waste. lol.

Ah true. I was expecting the war doctor to be more fierce. But John Hurt did a great job. And i got so excited when they showed Capaldi's eyes!

but trust the grand moff to go in against all expectations as well as his usuall clever use of tiem travel with out actually travelling in time
the only thing i didnt care much for was the part with two elizbeths i generally dont like stories with doublegangers
the rebel flesh being an exception
off course in usual moffat style it turned out to be a non event and turned expectations on their head
the banter between the three doctors was fun too and reminded me of the three doctors where two and three tended to behave like an old married couple
and i hope osgood returns too
the only thing i found regrettable was that chrispher eccelston didnt return so we never got to see the war doctor regenerate in to the ninth doctor
that would have made it perfect
all three new doctors
the man who survives
the man who regrets
and the man who forgets
but gallifrey still stands

Yeah, even I did not really get the doppleganger part. That wasn't really necessary. Also, they could have used something other than zygons. I mean zygons are fine, but there are better evil creatures that they could have used.
I hope Osgood turns out to be a companion. She'll make an incredible one.
And yes, Eccleston would have made the episode fantastic!
And yes, Gallifrey still stands!

i usually dislike doubleganger stories because you know we have to go through the tedious process of establishing who is who
and then finding out we are wrong and the betrayal and urgh
but the moff subverted that in this one ( as it was done in the rebel flesh and the almost people )
and yes i hope osgood returns too especially because she is analoug to us
the fans
she even wears the fourths scarf
speaking of the fourth its quite obvious that tom baker's cameo was the fourth doctor
its too bad eccles wasnt there even if it was just archive footage he should have been there because he after throughton is the most important doctor there is
( throughton was the second and he had to sell this new and alien concept of regeneration
he had to sell that he was indeed the doctor in 1966 to all the fans of william hartnell he had to make them believe in his incarnation and regeneration and he did he was the doctor )
and eccles is equally important because it was his doctor that restarted the series and it was his doctor that a whole new generation of who fans saw
and like throughton before him he had to convince old fans that he was the doctor and introduce total neophytes to the series
so its really really a shame that he declined
gallifrey still stands we know what series 8 will likely be about now
and now on to the christmas special and then the twelfth doctor

You're right about Troughton and Eccleston. And yes Eccleston shouldnt have denied the offer. I respect him for standing by his word but he should've done it atleast for the fans. It would've been absolutely incredible to see him back. I love nine, he was such a badass. Tennant's doctor is great but he was too cheesy compared to nine.
Can't wait for the Christmas special! I cant really see Matt Smith go and I'm sure he'll make that sad worried face of his that can really make fans cry. But I'm also looking forward to Capaldi as the doctor. It's really funny cos when I think of capaldi, I can only think of Malcolm Tucker. haha!
