dragon hybrid that's cold-blooded,,, which is unfortunate as he spent his former life in Schneznya, the land of cryo, and then on dragonspine before moving to Liyue.
Outwardly grumpy, quick to get annoyed, stern and set in his ways.

His Elemental power (WHICH US YET TO BE NAMED) releases a strong slash, dealing cryo damage. This increases the teams elemental and normal attacks, scaling off of his own attack stat for 10s.
His burst, "Stormborn Terror," releases a giant dragon that will deal cryo damage based off of current attack and infuses the teams weapon with cryo for 15s, allowing elemental reactions like superconduct or melt.

Abt Xiao: The Yaksha adeptus...? People rarely ever see him, and I am among those people. I've heard he can be very... standoff-ish at times. Some people say I'm similar to him. I don't see it...

Abt Zhongli: I don't know where he came from or why he keeps forgetting to pay for my exchanges, but I want him gone. He's so... strange.

Abt Hu Tao: She's loud. So. Loud. Whenever I'm in Liyue Harbor, I can't pretend I'm on the quiet oasis of Dragonspine again because she's constantly berating me about my untimely demise... Who does that?!

Abt Ganyu: When I first arrived to Liyue, I noticed a girl with horns like mine. We only spoke briefly, but somehow I felt like she understood me without even trying... Sometimes I look over crowds to see if I'll ever see those familiar horns again...

Abt Albedo: There was this... painter on Dragonspine. No matter what was going on, he seemed to be s at peace despite standing in frigid temperatures that aren't survivable to the human race, unlike my own dragonfolk. It made me wonder... if he was inhuman himself.

He was exiled from his own clan of dragonfolk of Schneznya when he decided to finally move on his own in the desolate mountains of Dragonspine. There he met a peculiar alchemist on his lonesome who painted in his spare time. The two grew an ambiguous relationship until one day it was clear to the alchemist that Pyry did not belong o Dragonspine.
Though said alchemist was unfamiliar with human emotions, he could recognize the longing in Pyry's eyes. The way he spoke and they he shivered in the cold felt wrong.
Pyry didn't want to lose his dear and only friend, so before the dragon boy left for Liyue, the alchemist promised to paint him one last time as a goodbye.
