Warning : This story's an alternate universe and is really crazy at times. Futa-spell or the magic that can make female pony impregnate another female pony doesn't exist.
Warning : a lot of 4th wall breaking and referencing. Sharing universe with "To Love God - To Love Mortal" but in the future and more crazy. *You don't need to read "To Love God - To Love Mortal" to understand this story. It's just have many Easter egg for that story here.*

Did you even read what I posted. Even if she shares a bloodline to Fluttershy doesn't mean that she would be just like her grandmother. You can't pass on fears to the descendants, BUT they could be raised to have those fears from childhood. At the same point she could be just as shy as her grandmother. My point is bloodline doesn't matter when it comes to fears.

I'm not saying that it's fear whatsoever, shyness is not represented as fear. And she stutters because she's shy in front of royalty, because she respects Twilight, maybe she's not even like that when it comes to her family.

Agree, also the Apple family act goofy around royalty. The reason they act shy, way too respectful, overly kind is notoriety for the farm and sells at the shops. Twilight is a friend to the family. I sure the whole city respects her and look up to her. I'm pretty sure a lot of ponies act like that around her. (Well other than Ace, she seem to do what she wants.) I just didn't like the idea that see her being shy is because she is related to Fluttershy. That is all I was saying.

No need for homo reproduction when you have 2-3 generations in-between to cross descendants for the necessary gender conversions: this story is 80+ years in the future so if there are only two generations in-between, the ancestors would need to procreate at about 40 years old, which would be very problematic. Three generations would be more reasonable.
So if you want to do FSxAJ, you can do (otherA x (otherB x (FSxBM))) x (otherC x (otherD x (AJxBraeburn))) or some variant thereof to get 1/16 FS/BM/AJ/Braeburn, 3/4 others.
