Impossible to say at this point, though I would be shocked if Twilight was really this poor at parenting!
To think he seemed like such a nice and modest pony in the last comic!
Of course, if it really is a daydream*, and in reality it was Sparity who up and kissed him -- and then a Spike walks in on a surprised Alty ... that could get both interesting and messy.
Thinking about it, it's gotta be a SparityDream. He lives in Twilight's old library, that's hardly a posh place to "keep a collection".
* - Even more thinking about it, given that Sparity was excited about the potential of having her own room, she probably has never had her own privacy before. Goodness, the thoughts that must be running through that mare's mind.

I still remember everybody's reaction (mine included) at the first appereance of Nightmare Rarity in this comic XD
about the kiss, that could be the same;
for example, think about Starfire from Teen Titans: she could learn any new languages in the universe by kissing someone who talks that specific language.
