I'm still miffed that you decided to make Alternate Dawn's father a secret just to dodge haters. If someone has a problem with where you take your story as far as shipping, that's their problem. You don't have to let them affect you.

I thought the idea of not revealing the father because of "the haters" was pretty clever, at least from the standpoint of this comic, when Twilight explained it. It was a neat riff on all the people who get crazy about fan-fiction, their own head cannon, and the show in general. It's only slightly less cool knowing you wrote it that way to actually dodge complaints. Quite frankly, I don't think anybody in the fan-fiction biz is really in a position to judge anybody else's ideas, really.
I enjoy this comic, by the way. It is pretty entertaining, because it is so mixed up, and over-the-top. I don't read fan fiction, or pay attention to very many serial fan-comics like this, but this caught my attention when I saw it on EQD. I just like seeing what crazy thing pops up next.

Nice job. There was a deep, touching tone written in, about the relationship between Spike and Twilight- as friends, family, and partners. That's what it felt like in the second half of this page.
Definitely looking forward to the next page. I wonder what the boutique is like now in that crazy future.

Dragon and chimera are pretty good catch-all terms for undefined hybrid creatures. The Chinese "dragon," for example, is actually a hybrid of many animals, including a camel, stag, snake, and even a clam.
