I actually had to go back and re-watch the episode and the playground idea was Pipsqueaks and technically Applebloom was the one who helped pitch the idea.
He was smart enough to ask the CMC to campaign for him.
The rest of what Silver Spoon said was more or less spot on though.
For some reason after seen Silver Spoon basically destroy Pipsqueak i wanna see them together XDΒ
I also like how Diamond Tiara called Silver Spoon her sidekick instead of Bestfriend
