I drew this digital piece from a pen sketch that was drawn on the airplane back form my recent trip to Washington DC. This is officially the base for my design of Mr.Freeze, and I might post more related things about the design!!

I might not keep the Ironman-like heart thing in the middle of his chest, that was mainly for the idea of the picture itself. The phrase and title "Colder than the Snowman's Heart" comes from Batman: Arkham City. The phrase is used mostly by the inmates to describe Gotham's cold and unforgiving weather, and the "Snowman" is obviously (or probably) a reference to Mr.Freeze. The darker (darker than the shadow) areas on his nose, ears, fingers, etc are just from frostbite if you are confused by the color things.
