Frost Fall is Twilight's second oldest child. Frost may have inherited her father's pegasus genes, but most of her looks come from Twilight's side of the family. Frost is the quietest out of Twilight's kids, tending to watch rather than to join. She is intelligent and very graceful in her talents. She can be off-putting and stern if she gets caught in the wrong mood.
Frost Fall's birth was never seen as regretful to Twilight. Even though Flash abandoned Twilight after finding out about his child. The little foal was welcomed and loved by her family.
She's only seen her biological father once and has cut off all contact from him in the future.
