Well, this is kind of a continuation of my old SC gui rendition posted elsewhere in my scraps. Just an updated version so to speak. I was kind pushed to make these changes after finding a GREAT gui shot in one of the season 3 episodes of CL. Comments/Suggestions are GREATLY encouraged here.

If I finish this up, I am DEFINITELY going to look into turning it into a fully functional windows theme that hopefully relies on nothing more than a hacked uxtheme.dll file and native XP theme/style components (read: no clutterific applications like stylexp or windowblinds to add to the bloat.)
