A recreation of the scene from the Season 2 Finale of Amphibia, True Colors, where Anne sees Sprig alive and hugs him, with tears of joy; thanks in part to Marcy, who rescued him and brought him back to the flying castle of Andrias. Now, do you note a change? It's her skirt. Knowing very well how the animation industry deals with how to avoid unnecesary gratuitous scenes, her skirt was made long enough to cover her undies, in most of the scenes. I decided to make her skirt medium short, with free flow, and a lycra shorts, to show realism on how clothing moves around. After all, School girls must wear short pants; lycra pants or exercise shorts, to cover their private parts if they use medium short or shorter skirts.

Just a way to explain why these things are done in American animation. 'Nuff said.
