Starting today, I'm going to post black and white drawings of what I will call "comic strip" style. Whether if I'm gonna do a fan comic is not known, but I'll be posting these drawings because of one particular reason: Derrick J. Wyatt. He's planning to start to make commissions for everybody. Most of his future commissions will be based ONLY on his previous works: Teen Titans; Scooby Doo Mystery Incorporated; BEN 10 OMNIVERSE (Not Ben 10 in general); and That means, in addition to Transformers Animated, he will do, in his style: G.I.JOE; Inhumanoids; Jem and The Holograms; Visionaries; Battle Beasts; and even My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic; and Equestria Girls.

Very recently, he has posted some drawings of G.I.Joe, but from the 1980s, and that will be the focus of his future works, however, due to his commitment as character designer, only he can indicate when he will start it. Right now, he's working in a new art book, and is helping him on edits; according to her blog. And yes, he has responded to questions made by his fans and anons about crossovers, and this is what he wishes/ wants:

1. He still supports BenXSari.
2.Scooby Doo Mystery Incorporated and Teen Titans
3. BEN 10 OMNIVERSE with TRANSFORMERS ANIMATED
4. A crossover with the other HASBRO brands.
5. Collaboration between DC Comics and Warner Brothers,( for the second reference);
and Cartoon Network; IDW Comics; and Hasbro (for the third reference), on
producing a comic series.

This are the proposed concepts for this type of project. That, however, can only been realized if the companies in question decides to make that decision.And, very soon, Transformers Animated will turn 10 years of their debut in 2007/2008. Only time will tell.

As for this drawing, it's inspired by a scene from the first live-action TRANSFORMERS movie, from director Michael Bay; the scene where Ironhide jump over a woman who's screaming while dodging missiles fired upon him, with explosions behind. I choose the proposed version of Animated Ironhide from the cancelled season 4, which is based on his film counterpart; and Rarity, from Equestria Girls, as the helpless damsel in distress.

If I'm gonna paint them, I'll consider it. As for Derrick J. Wyatt's status on the social network community, check him out at his blogs; on Instagram and Tumblr. One more thing: the secret stuff has been revealed! He did development and design for the upcoming animated special, TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES: BLAST TO THE PAST. That includes the toys. So, stay tuned for its release.
