Just something I did for fun, an alternate timeline where Yami losing Kai in death caused the Veemon to give in to his sorrow and sought out any way to revive Kai. Yami walked a path of darkness led by the emptiness in his heart learning dark magic and killing any one who got in his way. Eliminating both Sol and Janus and maiming Sven to keep his son from standing against him. Forcing Teo to stand with him in his pursuit of defying the laws of nature. Sparing only Yol as Teo asked him to. Yami dark evolved to the Ultimate/Mega level, Lossmon bearing the pelts of Holsmon and Sethmon, the digimon of Love and Hate respectively.
With control over dark magic combined with his superior hand to hand combat, Lossmon is a very formidable digimon. Able to raise the dead to serve him, Lossmon looks for a way to bring Kai back but with his soul. His black magic unable to completely bridge that gap, Lossmon travels the multiverse and time with an evolved Teo at his side, to find a way, to stop at nothing until Kai is alive again. Though, will Kai really be able to bear the sins Yami goes to in his name?
