Description

To say Wraith came back in style was an understatement. After hearing of the opening of Palm City’s racing leagues, he quickly got his hands on a P1 GTR and was there for Day One. However, no one was prepared for what he was able to do with it. It took him no more than twenty-four hours to knock every big-name street racer off their throne and leave the local Police Force with crippling debt over all the trashed pursuit units. Not much later, Wraith found himself bored, and he joined the side of the Palm City Police Force, feeling that hunting the racers down would provide more of an adrenaline rush. Not much later, he and his police-modified P1 had the entire street racing scene in a gridlock. Dissatisfied once more, he called every cop and racer still standing in the city together for one giant race, and then turned on everyone, letting no one on either side of the law escape unscathed. Now, he races around with the keys to the city and an astronomical bounty on his head, challenged only by Delta and the legion formed between the cops and racers to take him down.
