Pulsaria Butterfly (Redbird)
Pulsaria is the second daughter of Soupina and the younger sister of Galaxia
Like the description in Soupina's Bio, Pulsaria has pink hair and eyes like her mother and has red exclamation marks on her cheeks. I did however give her a chin line much like her father Osmond cross and I made sure her face was a little bit longer.
As for her dress design I went with a similar shoulder showing top design like Soupina's but gave her long sleeves to reflect the fashion design during Galaxia's reign. I also chose the color red as it says in the bio that she does marry a man of the Redbird house.

In Soupina bio it says she had her mothers hair and Osmondβs eyes. At least for me.
