used the faraam design but added the crowns and some influence from aldia

The Cursed lord brought together several kingdoms and began the construction of the capital city some time after rejecting Drangleic throne
the capital city its the last standing kingdom after the defeat of slave knight Gael at the hands of the ashen one.

Alongside Aldia they created the humanity flame that is found all over the city, just another attempt to get away from the old gods influence

He secluded himself on his towering citadel and nobody has seen him in hundreds of years, yet the emerald lady still awaits for him
