Portrait of my friend Momo (real name redacted), as Elsa from Disney's Frozen. I created a few custom LoRA models from a dataset of her images. I had them shared on Civit.ai (with her blessing), until they started getting weird about sharing models of real people. She actually loved that I made/shared a model, since she is drop dead beautiful, but doesn't want to model. But every other character/single-person model on Civit.ai I saw was of some famous person and made without their consent, so I can understand their policy. I think it's wrong to be making and sharing models of someone like this, without permission, especially in the case of famous actors and models, as you're potentially affecting their ability to make a living by replacing them with images you made from a model created from pictures stolen from the internet. Very shady, imo.
