D10 or rather Dio Xypher as he prefered to be called is a genetic manipulated boy trained to be a highly adaptable assassin. One of the D10 children that managed to survive the horrible experiments to create super humans with the help of Deoxys' DNA.Dio was sent to the Dust Kingdom to discuss some matters with the Bandit King but ended up having to fight the players together with his own pokemon.
