Full view helps.I whipped this up tonight because I'm crazy and I felt like doing something drastically different. Usually I draw one character (two characters maximum) so I thought I'd try my hand at a picture that had tons of characters. Plus, I never really ever draw fanart for FVII (which I LOOOVE).
I based the drawing off of the original FVII drawings, not Advent Children, which should be obvious. Hope you enjoy!

Wow, contrast! Great composition. Those characters look swish in your style. I try doing that jagged colour outlining but yours turns out looking really good and suits it overall. Well done on pushing yourself to do a group picture. You should do them more often! (by the way) I'd want this on my wall :3 Fav'd!

this is really great... love the composition and color scheme..... I liked Cid a lot as a character, when I finally get around to commissioning my final-fantasy dream team (7-12 excluding 11) I think he'll make the team photo..... meh heh

Holy shit. I get stranded off line for a few weeks and come back to find you've gone and drawn the best FF7 fanart EVER.
Seriously, this is so good in every way. Loads of personality, bursting with energy, lovely composition and it's so great to see the cast in your style, a nice change from all the floaty whispy art of these guys around. This is something different and it works really well. (Also, agreeing with the studliness of Cid.)

Enough fangirling. I love this - the composition idea with putting one batch of characters in one corner and the other in the opposite corner and making it all so crowded (not in a bad way though! I like how no one looks cut off or overpowering) makes this resemble one of those fighting game posters to me
I just wonder what that jaggy stuff under Elena and the other Turks is...is it supposed to be something special from the game somehow or just a squiggle?
It's so lovely how you depicted all of the characters and made them...well, CHARACTERS, and not just pretty faces with different hairstyles and colors like so many other people seem to do it. Vincent looks adequately dead, Yuffie and Reno as mischievous as she should, Cloud as....Cloud-like (sorry I can't find better words for it. He's one of my favourites on this picture though) and Elena as unsure and confused as she should be and... aah I could go on about this forever. I just love you for doing this

It's probably been said, but I'll say it anyway: having never played any of the FF games, I am now more interested in them than I was, simply because your art brings them to life. The anime carbon copies you see everywhere just don't provoke me as much as your drawings of them; I dig your style, broham.

WHOA. Whoa. You know who's a stud? Reno. That man could kidnap me and submit me to horrible experiments ANY DAY. (Well... maybe not the second part.) I love how you drew Rufus's mouth, unless it's open. If that's just you giving character to his upper lip then I love it.
