Well here starts my little Game Tribute that I've been kind of wanting to do for a while. I dunno, just some games that I really like and feel like drawing fanart for. I start with Sonic because it was my childhood (meaning before teens, childhood anyways). I spent all my money on the comic books, I spent all my time reading them and playing the games. I grew up with them, and they had this huge impact. In fact, this was the whole reason why I started drawing. Because I loved Sonic so.

I don't keep up with it anymore, I don't know if they even still make the comics, and I don't know anything about any of the new games, or if its holding on at all. But I found my Sonic plushie and I remember how awed I was when I played Sonic 1. And then how thrilled I was with Tails "Miles" Power when he came in the second game. And then Knuckles, it just wouldn't cease to amaze me.

I even pulled out my old Genesis to replay some of the games. Interesting indeed.

I didn't know which way to draw Tails. Mostly because I keep seeing him two ways. One way he's brown with yellowish belly and face, and the other where he's orange and white. Some he's round and some he's angular. So I just kind of drew him whichever really. I didn't even have to use reference amazingly. Its like riding a bycicle, drawing these guys again. Except this time I have more coordination.

So this one was particularly a walk down memory lane. Enjoy.
