Conbat is too precious for words. Especially his "Aw, shiza" expression upon transformation.

And Ellipses is narrating again! So he must be nearby??? Will we see the developments with Ples soon?

Oh, hi, Lee. Lousy night, huh? Can't a guy try to rest in peace without some supernatural showdown taking place right outside his haunt at all hours of the night? Is that too much to ask?
I'm not sure if that crack in the window is supposed to resemble a noose around his neck or if I'm just looking too much into it, but either way, nice touch there. (And somehow, I focus my comments entirely on that one tiny insert panel in the corner there. Way to go, me.)

as much as this page amuses me...why is Lamont trying to stomp Connie when he turns into a bat? he may not to exactly who Conrad is at the moment (probably knows of Conrad, but doesn't realize this is him) but he knows he's a vampire at least (from what Adelaide said) so if a bat appears where a person you know is a vampire was a few seconds ago, it'd be pretty easy to connect the dots as to who the bat was.
I'm just a bit confused about that. somebody help me? I mean...yes the situation is pretty funny (anything with Connie abuse is pretty hilarious), but at the same time it doesn't seem logical. but that's just me.

Also, Izanagi's aside (I'm assuming that's what it is at least) sort of implies to me that Hanna had something to do with Connie not being able to go into Ples's house? Or was that supposed to be obvious initially and I'm just silly? XP
