WHO SAW THIS COMING?I DID, I DID. *bounces up and down raising hand like a four year old* ME, ME, ME!
In any case, I love Ludo. I have all their CDs now and I roll in their music daily, and they inspire me so much. I just bask in their glory. Super scary fangirlishness, GET!!
So I drew them. I tried to kinda go off of the look from their promotional stuff that's with their new CD, You're Awful, I Love You. Randomly, Andrew Volpe has a chainsaw and is covered in blood. Random is...good?
I don't even know if I should send this to them. I'm so embarrassed, but I kinda want to share with them how much they've inspired me. I like it when people tell me things like that, so they should too right? But I just feel so...PETTY. They probably get stuff like this a million times a day. Should I?
In any case, even if I don't send it to them, you can enjoy it.

Also when I saw them live, I swear Andrew Volpe looks exactly like a character you would design. D: And moves real sexy sexy. If I hadn't been blushing like crazy I probably would have asked, "Hey, do you realize you were probably designed by....?"

I think it would be really flattering for them. And it has a chainsaw. Even if they do get lotsa arts from people, how much of it includes chainsaws? Not much. Everyone secretly wants someone to draw them weilding a chainsaw.
Also, because I'm kind of in a rut music-wise, I was going to ask you for recomendations... I'm going to consider Ludo one. What CD should I start with?

The cheapest and best one I think is Broken Bride. Definitely go for it. And you gotta listen to the whole CD at once, it's the only way to get the whole like...story out of it. <3

I got it today and am love love loving it. I miss CDs with stories: this is different and gorgeous. yum lyrics.
The record store randomly gave me a pillowcase with Andrew Volpe's face on it. We've kind of been staring at each other all afternoon. I don't know how I feel about having someone's face on my pillow, but what else am I going to do with a pillowcase?

This is kind of funny because I just recently got into Ludo, and when I heard "Lake Pontchartrain," I thought, "I would give anything to see vert-is-ninja do a comic of this." It's all coming together now! Except not but still, I love the Ludo art and totally think you should send it to them!

You should send it to them. I doubt that the fan stuff they get is normally as awesome as this is, and its awesomeness will inspire them to make music and that in turn will inspire you to draw. It will be like a crazy circle of creative inspirational awesomeness.
