General Payment rules
I only accept payment via PayPal in EURO and payment via Points (1,10€ = 100 )You have a 24h time frame after my confirmation to payRefunds are not possible regardless of how long it will take. I will only refund you if I personally feel like I can't finish your commission/custom.NEW! - Holds are possible for up to a week. A 10% deposit has to be made beforehand if you request a hold longer than 3 days. The deposit is non refundable in case you drop the holdIf you choose a payment-plan you have to stick to the time frame we agreed on otherwise you get a warning. Please contact me if you need an extension or want to cancle the plan.
In case you can't/don't want to finish the payment plan, all previous payments are non-refundable!Please do not commission artwork or try to resell the adopt before you finished the paymen
