Lord Cedric and fem(!) Prince Phobos from the W.I.T.C.H. tv series.
So, recently I take a few snapshots from this show and redraw Prince Phobos as a girl, just for fun. I liked his look and I wanted to draw something like that. heheh
Actually his fem version reminds me something average between Irma and Cornelia, but if their age was over 30.
