Description
Iccus was always up for researches that involved of going to the cold places. He was an archaeologist who was specialized in cold areas. He never thought that he wouldn't come back from one of those trips.

Once his team found an artifact deep inside a frozen cave. It was placed on a cliff which led into a ravine too deep to see the bottom. The artifact was some kind of a spear or staff. They took pictures and documented the artifact before they attempted to move it. When Iccus touched the artifact, it felt incredibly cold through his glove and that was all he managed to think. The moment when his fingers gripped around the artifact, the cliff collapsed and he pummeted down into the ravine.

He doesn't remember the contact with the bottom of the ravine, but the next thing that he remembers after the fall is waking up and seeing a living city located deep below the ice. He had changed, though he didn't know when. Cold wasn't cold anymore and warm wasn't warm for him. The city was filled with creatures made of ice, sometimes also from stone and/or flesh. They taught him to live his new life and use his new abilities to shape ice and freeze everything he wanted.

He is able to leave the city and go into the outside world. And he can always return. But now he is here to fight the mercenaries and form new alliances with the people that accept his frigidness.

The air is always cooler around him.
He uses the artifact his team found as a weapon.
He has an icicle in his mouth.
He has a good nature, but he will fight fiercely if he has to.
