The Stalker Class Monitor is a small defensive and patrol ship of the Scutari Empire. Hardly ever seen close to the front. According to the allied records, the idea of Monitors and defensive local patrol ships didn't come into effect in the empire until after that one incident where the Titanica Colony prior to contact and merging with the Kingdom sent its Guardian Spartan and a ship on a one-way trip to the Scutari Capital and destroyed the Capital's orbital installations, before being overwhelmed by the home fleet of Battleships and Dreadnaughts. Despite the Scutari Navy's reluctance to produce ships like this, they have been severely dishonoured by the Titanica Colony, and sought to remedy that, should the allies try this again in the future. Little is known about these ships, as they are kept far from the active war zones.
