Even in the Post-Singulairty world, dominated by the ever present Solar Union and Transhumanist neo-kingdoms, traces of old world heritage and civilization endure. Stretched across the desolate lands of Eurasia, the battered and beaten Russian and slavic peoples stand strong in the face of Transhuman kings, hiveminds, and the resurgence of madmen claiming the mantle of Master Race. Democracies, technocracies, and confederations make up this league of states, and so long as there is a spirit of baseline freedom burns, there will remain the Commonality.
