Raffle - Rules
- Comment on the featured entry thread to enter once
- You can get +1 ticket for every 2 people that you tag (maximum of 6 people or +3 tickets)
- You can get +1 ticket for every person that joins saying you referred them (these people don't have to be tagged)
- You can only cite 1 person as the person who referred you and can't change this person
- If you tag people you must tag them in your initial entry (and can't make multiple posts tagging people)
- You can't tag the same person who tagged you or the same people that they tagged

Ownership Rules
- Houndras are a closed species; you cannot change their appearance or breed them.
Their rules are very loose and you can otherwise do whatever you want (see Here ).
If the Houndra ever goes to a new owner, the new and previous owners should both comment on this deviation for proof.
