The Flash based on the 90's t.v show and the good awful Justice League t.v pilot done in the late 90's. Didn't use the one from Smallville because that was Bart Allen and not Barry.Related content

God, I remember both of those. They were all Tim Burton's fault. Or rather studios trying to rip off Tim Burton's take on Batman. Which in makes it all Batman's fault.
