“To know thyself is the beginning of wisdom.” -Socrates . Just because you’re born into your vessel doesn’t mean you’re an expert on it. You don’t automatically know everything about yourself. One of the greatest beauties of being alive is getting to know *you* like getting to know a friend. I don’t like blue cheese; inconsiderate behavior really bothers me; I have a little road rage sometimes. Some characteristics are unchangeable facts like eye color; others you might be able to work on, like getting mad in traffic. But all things require an observer mindset! Pay attention to yourself! You never know what you might learn about this body and mind you’ve been assigned to take care of! Self-awareness is the first step to curbing bad habits and encouraging good ones!
