I believe I said a few times, and if I didn't, I shall do it now, about one of the favorite tropes on romance comics being rival sisters. The stories where a sister falls in love to the boyfriend of the other makes a lot for drama, rage, bitter tears and, sometimes, the happy endings we all like.

Mrs. Stafford (the woman with 'purple' hat and outfit) had a scene at her home. She had two children, the 'from her own blood' Crystal (the blonde) and adopted Maura (the brunette). There was Clyde, whom Maura dated but Crystal ended up stealing from her and marrying. Then Maura marries Devin as well, but the drama ensues when the fact that living with a guy who actually should be with her sister makes things worse. And they take turns that might not seem how they should
