Okay, this is some progress on a new Malachi sprite for a personal FFT mod.This is how Malachi appears in chapter 1 when he's still 'just' a cadet within the academy.
(this isn't even indexed or anything yet, just a wip i did to test the colour scheme)

his stats is not the best on the physical side, but he's not the best on the magic side, for an idea of what he is...
he's pretty much 75% knight for the physical stats and 75% black mage for the magic stats.
not the best of one or the other, but he is good with both.
he mainly equips light swords, clothes and nothing 'heavy' yet.
overall, i give this character a decent ranking.
