Don't you hate it when, in Dragon Quest I, you try to kill the metal slime with a critical hit, only for it to dodge the blow? Granted, they aren't worth that much in DQ1, only 115 exp, but still...Also, metal medleys (DQ9), liquid metal slimes (DQ2-9), metal king slimes (DQ4-9), and platinum king jewels (DQ7-9) can all do the same thing. And they range from 3,000 to 240,000 exp each.
Good luck getting to level 99 if they decide to dodge your blow and then run away!
