Technically it isn't a drawing, it's a fractal shape. The artistic part is just setting colors and lights and shadows etc

Time and patience will work fine, if you have some artistic feel inside you
Mandelbulb3D is a free software, go download it and start experimenting. I used it for 2 years to reach this
