Mewni's 13th Queen of the Butterfly Kingdom and before Calypso, the worst queen. She was extremely self-entitled because her mother, Virgo, heavily promoted her star queen status. She spent ridiculous sums of money on extravagance and raised taxes beyond all reason to support her gold digging husband. The rest of the Persnickety Age turned out okay if only due to her daughter, Capella the Perfect. Selene had powder blue hair, lilac eyes, and pink vases on her cheeks, at least before her mother took her to have her magic drained when she was 40.
