yes. He of course has to stretch the physics a little bit at times but he is quite good at showing how the "mass" is affected by gravity. Sadly not all artists are good at this, the classic example being when they do woman's breasts and make them into perky, gravity defying balloons.

Anyway, I've been told that anime style shows lack of a lot of things, and that real artists draw in a more western style (apparently anime is easier). So I have to try drawing other styles to see if they stop complaining ^_^

bah I actually really love how y'do faces. I don't think anime styled faces're easy, though. Depending on the type of anime style you go for, it can be a bitch '_'; My own anime-esque style is constantly fluctuating '_';

Anime is slightly easier in my opinion, but your level is quite advanced. Not easy at all. Maybe its just that Anime is easier to get used to quicker, i guess. Still takes hard work to be good at whatever style you choose.
and Anime art also has a whole range of emotions all its own. and whos telling you these things?? Your stuff is awesome.

Well, there you go xD Since it's easier to get used to quicker it's a lot less respected than any other style. Plus, there are a lot of people that loathe it "just because it's anime".
And I won't say names, in case they read this. Let's say that I've been told that by some friends of mine.
