Description
This is cobalt, one of Exocket's creations. Well, daughter is what he calls her. She was supposed to be a normal stitchpunk but she did not survive the soul transfer with Exocket. Usually, if soul transfer is successful then the soul will go into the stitchpunk's core, this is not a normal thing in the fandom but it does make certain things a bit easier to experiment with. Anyway, Exocket could have tried to transfer some of his soul into her core but Cobalt's core was destroyed during the accident, not only that, Exocket had created their cores with soul lock, which means he won't be able to bleed (imagine soul as blood) if one their wires were cut. Seems like a good idea if there was an attack but not when he was trying to bring back his daughter. Either way, even if her core wasn't damaged, he wouldn't be able to get her back this way either since it's cobalt's soul that makes her, her. After this, he decided to bring back cobalt with artificial intelligence. Of course this means he does not necessarily get his daughter back still. he only got her appearance but not her exactly. He couldn't bare this loss and started to attach different and unusual parts to her body, most in which were from beasts or made by him. Eventually he had created what is known as a recycle. A recycle is a once living stitchpunk/beast that has been dismantled and put back together with additional parts. They may still look like a stitchpunk or a beast, and if this is not the case then they may even look like both. (I hope this is clear enough to understand but anyway, cores are not a normal thing in the 9 fandom but basically it's like their heart. It manages soul ratios and personality. Also, I and a couple friends treat soul like blood. I'll go more into depth later with a different post.)
