Her/his reasons for falling into the Underground are not so easy to explain in words. Frisk him/herself explains them as "It was my duty. An oath to fate itself." Frisk is silent, aloof, but full of Determination and mercy. Thanks to him/her, Chara was able to learn to live for herself and appreciate every moment of her life. After each Reset, buttercups sprout on Frisk's body, which drain her strength. In the cruel world of the Underground, this is the most terrible punishment.
