Ability: Cellular bombing Run
When the user makes a phone call to the target the stand will activate. Fallout Boy will carry a red orb of pure explosion energy and will deliver the explosion to the target. The stand will automatically track the target by following the signals of the phone call at high speed. When the stand reaches the target it will implant the explosion into the phone and will return back to the user. Once the phone call ends the explosion ignites and will cause massive damage to the target and whatever is within a 4 meter (roughly 12 feet) radius. Fallout Boy is incredibly durable and can travel at speeds up to 85 mph, any damage done to the stand will not harm the user.

Drawbacks:
Fallout Boy is a very powerful stand, but there are many drawbacks. If a third party who is not involved with the phone call (whoever cannot hear the phone call) cuts the call off by hanging up Fallout Boy will only travel to the point where the call ends and will drop the explosion. This will cause collateral damage to whoever is around that location. Fallout Boy can only carry one explosion at a time, if it needs another explosion it must backtrack to its user and recharge a new explosion, the recharge may take anywhere from a minute to 5 minutes. The most dangerous drawback is the user is not immune to the explosions, if an explosion goes off while the user is in the range then he will get damaged.

Charger Fool and Fallout are a dangerous duo and are a part of the Demon Coup Team of the Meido Family Gang.
